Roll out your mat/towel in your bedroom, living room or garage, dim the lights and join us for Yin yoga, a slower paced yoga that concentrates on holding different poses for longer amounts of time.
This practice is great for just before bedtime, or anytime you need to gain a sense of relaxation. The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can really unwind and release stress at the end of the day in a way that feeds your body, mind, and soul.
